As important as securing your kids access into the best schools, a.k.a. Cherry Creek school district, it’s equally significant to transport your pseudo-children to the best dog park!

That’s right, Cherry Creek Reservoir Dog Park. There is no discrimination against color, shape, size, breed or level of intellect. Every dog is accepted as long as mom and dad pay a $6 entrance fee or splurge and procure the season pass for $58 .What cosmopolitan canine isn’t worth a paltry $58 bucks? That’s 16 cents a day for 365 days of pure bliss, happiness and heaven on Earth for a dog. You couldn’t please a woman for 16 cents, or a man for that matter. It takes a 42 inch HDTV plasma flat screen with remote to appease men, costing $2,500 plus, and there is no pre-set limit to ever satisfy a woman.

Hurry Up! I Want to Play

No wonder more and more humans are opting for companions that won’t question your decisions, don’t talk back, never spend your money, always agree with your every whim, and are thoroughly elated with a $6 squeak toy from your neighborhood pet boutique. Dog truly is man’s (or woman’s) best friend.

Have you ever seen a dog smile? If you want to experience what the meaning of sheer dog camaraderie is, then go hang out at the shallow stream meandering throughout the park. You will feel the love and find yourself being encouraged to participate in frivolous, unadulterated dog-chase-dog, nonstop.

Take off your shoes, throw the stick and go. Running barefoot through the cool, pulsating water with your adrenalin pumping as you pursue all dogs is an absurd delight. When was the last time you had this much enjoyment and an aerobic workout, all for $6? Talk about a cheap date.

You’re the Best, Mom

You can also have your personal trainer (a.k.a. dog) make you romp through meadows, cruise down dirt trails and trek over logs, branches and underbrush. It is truly a pooches’ paradise deciding on whether to take the path less traveled and stalk imaginary prey or follow the more popular route and cavort with other canines while sniffing out new friends. Cherry Creek Reservoir’s off-leash dog park encompasses 60 acres of beautiful scenery with streams, ponds, wetlands, expansive meadows and plenty of trail space to accommodate numerous dogs traveling together in packs. Do yourself and your dog a favor and come play at Cherry Creek Dog Park.
